Trinidad Curry Powder
Ingredients
Corriander
Tumeric
Cumin
Fenugreek seeds (Methi seeds)
Fennel
Salt
Chilli powder
Black mustard seeds
Black cumin (Black Caraway), OPTIONAL
Aniseed or Star anise, OPTIONAL
Method
- Heat all the whole spices in a pan on the stove over low heat until fragrant.
- Grind all the Spices in a Food Processor until it reaches a fine powder.
- Add any powder spices at this stage.
- Store in a glass jar in a cool dry place.
